Indy Trip

Unless my memory fails me, which is entirely possible, our trip to Indianapolis was the first time my immediate family had all been together since my wedding.  It was great to have everyone together with new members like my children and my brother's fiancé.  It was also great to spend time with extended family that we hadn't seen in a long time.  But by far my favorite part was seeing and knowing how happy my mom was to have all her "birdies" together again.  I get it, mom.

Trips and more trips

This summer we have been blessed with travel to places near and far.  I could do a post about each one, but I just don't have the time.  So the highlights of the summer have definitely been going to Philadelphia and Gettysburg with Papa and going to Indianapolis for my cousins wedding.  The kids were great on both trips.  Here are some pictures from the Philly/Gettysburg trip. They speak for themselves.
